1. How do I book an appointment?

All appointments must be booked online through our website. We do not accept walk-ins or squeeze-in appointments.

2. What is your cancellation policy?

We require at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Late cancellations and no-shows will be subject to a fee.

3. Do you require a deposit?

Yes, a non-refundable deposit is required to secure your appointment. This amount will go toward your total service cost.

4. What if I’m late to my appointment?

A grace period of 10 minutes is allowed. After this time, your appointment may be canceled or subject to a late fee.

5. Can I bring guests or children to my appointment?

For the comfort of all clients and to maintain a relaxing environment, we ask that you come alone to your appointment.

6. How should I prepare for my lash appointment?

Please arrive with clean, makeup-free lashes. Avoid using oil-based products around your eyes before your appointment.

7. Do you offer refills on another artist’s work?

We do not work over another artist’s work. If you have existing extensions, you will need to book a removal and a full set.

8. How long do lash extensions last?

Lash extensions typically last 2-3 weeks with proper aftercare. Regular refills are recommended to maintain fullness.

9. What aftercare is required for lash extensions?

Avoid water and steam for the first 24 hours. Clean your lashes daily with an oil-free cleanser and avoid rubbing or pulling on them.

10. Do you offer training for aspiring lash artists?

Yes! We provide professional lash training, including a detailed training manual, hands-on practice, and certification upon completion.

11. What payment methods do you accept?

We accept major credit/debit cards, Apple Pay, and other cashless payment methods. Cash is accepted, but we do not provide change.

12. Do you offer refunds?

Due to the nature of our services, we do not offer refunds. If you experience an issue with your service, please contact us within 48 hours.
